Aeoliscus strigatus (Günther, 1861)

We saw these at Gilimanuk. The way to distinguish these from Centriscus scutatus is that Aeoliscus has a hinged dorsal spine, which on this fish is located at the posterior end of the body. In these photos the hinge is visible as a whitish spot on the pointed spine on the narrow spine pointing upward.
