Chelsea player aiming to “score a few goals” at Old Trafford tonight

Everyone loves to see their players have a good bit of ambition, and this next story certainly goes under that category.

Chelsea play against Manchester United at Old Trafford this evening in their next Premier League game, and despite the struggles the hosts are going through right now and the media turmoil surrounding them, going to Old Trafford and getting a win is ALWAYS going to be very tough.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea’s owner WANTS to sign Victor Osimhen and WANTS to bring in a new striker ASAP!

So when you hear that Cole Palmer is saying he is aiming to ‘score a few goals’ there tonight, you have to first at least admire the ambition and the confidence!

I’d absolutely love it if he does by the way, and no player deserves it more than him right now. But I don’t think it’s going to be quite as simple or straight forward as that.

“I’m relishing the game,’ Palmer said on tonight. “I’ve never played at Old Trafford, so hopefully I play and score a few goals!

“I’ve got a few friends who will be there who are United fans. They will be in the United end. Then my other mates will be in the Chelsea end. A few of my family are City fans, a few are United. It’ll be interesting.”

Palmer’s comments, on the Chelsea website today, are obviously a bit tongue in cheek. Or maybe they aren’t? Maybe he does turn up and bang in a few tonight! Let’s hope!
