Santa is Raised From The Dead in Trailer For The Christmas Horror Film SANTASTEIN
Imaginex Movies has released a crazy trailer for a new holiday horror movie titled Santastein. This is a Christmas slasher comedy in which Santa is brought back from the dead after being killed by a fire. It was inspired by films such as Evil Dead 2 and Scream.
In the film, “Max Causey was only six years old when he accidentally burned Santa to a crisp on Christmas Eve. 12 years later, Max attempts to raise Santa from the dead in order to fix his past mistakes and restore the Christmas spirit. But he soon realizes that the creature he has created is a bloodthirsty killer – and it’s headed straight for his friend’s Christmas party!”
The movie is super low-budget, but it actually looks like fun and it comes from directors Benjamin Edelman and Manuel Camilion, who funded the movie on Kickstarter back in 2020. The movie stars Michael Vitovich, Jared Korotkin, Ophelia Rivera, Kaylie Heyner, and Damian Edwards and it will likely be released sometime next year.
