(January 24, 2024 – Clearwater, FL) Koozie Group has earned a Gold 2024 PPAI Pyramid Award in two categories: Technology Programs and Marketing Programs. First introduced in 1958, the annual Pyramid Awards celebrate creative excellence in the promotional products industry.
Enhancements to the company’s Koozie Group Tracker™ were honored with a gold award in the Technology Programs category. The Koozie Group Tracker™ gives customers one place to find all their order-related details. The recent improvements included online proof approvals, a clarification portal, and secure links in email notifications. The upgrades also streamlined the process for the company’s internal teams.
Phil Gergen, Chief Information Officer, explained, “We wanted to create the best possible experience for our customers with these enhancements to our Koozie Group Tracker™. The result is an industry-leading platform that gives our distributors increased visibility and interaction with their order, along with a faster and simpler entry process to help us deliver orders on time with fewer errors.”
The winning entry in the Marketing Programs category was a selling tool that showcased five pens made with recycled materials and included a card that defined types of recycled materials as well as provided tips for creating promotions that keep sustainability in mind. The pens and card were placed inside a pouch made with RPET, and the entire mailing was sent in a compostable padded envelope with a water-soluble label.
“The feedback we received from customers about this mailing was very positive, resulting in multiple distributors either replicating it exactly or utilizing components of it in their marketing campaigns,” said Melissa Ralston, Chief Revenue Officer. “Sustainability is a cornerstone of how we do business, and we hope mailings like this one both help educate and inspire others to join us in our efforts.”
Winners of the 2024 Pyramid Awards were recognized at PPAI’s industry trade show held in Las Vegas in January.
