Breaking news: deep forest green is Molly Sims’s color. The actress-model hit the champagne carpet at the 2023 Academy Awards on Sunday evening in a gorgeous designer gown.

Sims attended the Los Angeles-based ceremony with her husband, chairman of Netflix Film Scott Stuber. She wore an emerald green dress with chiffon sleeves, feather detailing and a chest cut-out from Georges Chakra’s fall-winter 2022-2023 couture collection. The look, styled by Sonja Christensen, was accessorized with Yvan Tufenkjian jewels and Stuart Weitzman heels.

The former SI Swimsuit model credited her glam team, including hair and makeup artists Emily Hedicke Edwards and Joey Maalouf, with her sleek and wavy blowout and coordinated smokey eye makeup.

Sims showed off her stunning look on Instagram while gushing about her partner.

“Proud to be Mrs. Stuber tonight 🤍,” she wrote in the caption.

Plenty of Sims’s 844,000 followers on the platform chimed into the comments section to shower her with compliments.

“Love love this dress on you!!” Katie Lee Biegel wrote.

“Never looked more stunning,” Amy Griffin applauded.

“Gorgeous 💜💜💜💜,” Tara Reid added.

“Best dress of the whole evening 👏👏👏,” a fan proclaimed.

Earlier in the day, Sims poked fun at her glamorous transformation in a separate IG post.

Netflix’s All Quiet on the Western Front, one of Stuber’s many projects on the streaming platform, took home several awards throughout the evening, including honors for Production Design, Cinematography and International Feature Film.
