This afternoon I spoke with Leonard, who informs me he is not doing any of the work while we are locked down for the present time. Leonard explained the cost of around $1,000 permit included, and that in my case with my particular water usage I would see an ROI in about 4 years. He advisead me that if I was panning on living in my home long term it is a worthy savings; otherwise if I was planning on leaving to keep my money. It was time on the phone well spent. I will chat with him again after the COVID crisis abates.

Len knows his stuff and is dialed into the community. The experience was excellent and the information Len provided was invaluable and direct. While I am not the perfect candidate for submetering, I have saved money because of the sub meter.

I just wanted to say that I just spoke with Len Horowitz and was totally prepared to fork over
the money for this. I had written down all my sewer charges for the past year and when I told him the info., he said "you don't need this", "you are doing great".........I wanted everyone to know HOW honest and forthright he was with me. I will spread the word on this company even
though I couldn't utilize the product. Thank you Len.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joel Patrick G.Palm Desert, CA027Dec 3, 2017
I had a return call from Len, after I told him my sewer costs , he advised me I did not need a sub meter. he told me to call if my sewer rates increased. but advised me I was doing well with my conservation of water. Thank you Mr. Horowitz.

Why pay sewage charges on water you use for irrigation and filling the pool? Leonard walked me through the process, got the meter, pulled the permit, and Jose installed it. All in about 850 bucks, which will pay for itself in next two years. They also made sure my hose pipe ran off the irrigation line, not the domestic. Highly recommend the investment as LADWP water prices are all only getting higher.

The entire process to install our sub water meter was handled by Leonard and Jose. We had only to pay for the meter and they did the rest. Our $800 investment should bring us $1500 a year in savings. The meter is the envy of our neighbors. Will update this review when we get our first reasonable water bill.
