Kebab Grill

I have never found a better Lamb Burger than here at Kebab Grill. The meat is always juicy and the fries have a perfect crisp, the veggies are always fresh, everything is made to order so don't be in a rush for the quality you will be receiving!

I've been to many middle eastern restaurants and most of them are very consistent with the different flavors and spices.
For some reason this spot was different , the reason I'm writing this review.
The location, cleanliness and staff were on point very happy with them.
But, for some reason the food was off.

Excellent food! Tried the combo and everything is freshly prepared I am making this my kebab stop when in Madera. The prices are great my combo was only 15$

Ordered a shrimp plate, and they gave us a beef kabob plate. Problem is we don't eat beef. Wife called and whoever answered acted as if she didn't speak English or understand the problem.
We ended up ordering another shrimp plate and having to go back again and pick it up. We aren't from that area, options were limited, and we were kinda stuck.
It sucks that they did not seem willing to swap the dish. It wasn't our mistake.

Walk up and order at the counter. The staff was nice. They bring meal to the table. Casual dinning. Music playing in background but not too loud. Lamb was a bit dry. Hummus and rice were good.

Went through the drive-through after a phone order. You would think the drive-through would be fast. If this was a bigger chain restaurant, they would be pushing out orders as fast as they can. Waited 30 minutes behind someone that ordered at the window. Common sense is to tell that customer to pull up at the front of the store???
By the time I got my food it was cold. Oh, and let's not forget their portion sizes why are they skimpy? I don't know you're better off at Pita House.

Placed a phone order told the salad will feed two. Miss lead. Had to spend another $ 25 for 3 salad. They had poor customer service. No discount when they misled the customer. They didn't offer to fix it they charged me more. Now I know what It feels like to be taken advantage of. Will never come back.

When i called about a small item missing that was probably 2-3 dollars they said it couldn't be replaced because it was put in the bag. What sense does it make to call and lie about a 2-3 dollar item. The so called "manager" starts laughing. Then says she wasn't laughing. Thats whats wrong with this place. Customer service sucks!! Especially for someone that goes every week. And to be treated like i was lying about something so small. Rude disgusting manager. She needs some retraining. So apologize because the item was not in MY bag. Maybe "the cook" put it in a bag. But not mine. By the way the item was a small hummus. When i say small I'm talking maybe 4oz. Pathetic disrespectful business. Will find other places.

I went here a couple years ago and thought it was really good. I'm sorry to say, I wouldn't want to give it a try again unless it was on the house. The meat on my gyro was scarce and didn't taste freshly cooked. It was heavier on the lettuce and I didn't love the sauce.

It's a hit or miss. I order the chicken or combo plate and get more sautéed onions and bell peppers than meat.
