Was a horrible place to board, but great for shows. Closed before COVID due to water and drainage issues. Opening for showing in July 2024. Still having issues so boarding is not available.

Horrible place to board your horse. Management care not for either yours or your horses safety, it's all about your money. So many trainers here with a poisionous atmosphere between most of them. Arenas badly maintained, bordering on dangerous. No access to trails.
Illegal immigrants living on the property in squalor, a humanitarian concern on a property maintained by the State of California.
Nice to ride in the rain with the indoor arena, that's about it.

This place is amazing!!! I've showing here for 9 years and not one problem!!! I can't imagine a better place to show!! I love this place so much and the management and people are amazingly nice people!!
