You can count on him for real, honest feedback, whether it's around the likelihood a place you're looking at will sell quickly or the rents you can get on a place you've bought, and he has lots of contacts and a total handle on the process.

Plus, as other reviewers have noted he's worked in the DTLA space for so long that he knows it like the back of his hand. He knows the history of all the buildings, which ones are hot, what's going on in the neighborhood, etc.

He's also super responsive and, honestly, served as our semi-crisis manager as we got pulled around on an escrow deal. :) He's our go-to.

Randelle Green is a great agent to work with. He is very easy going, isn't pushy, is always prompt and on time, and always follows through with requests or client needs. He is extremely attentive, especially through the escrow process. He doesn't let anything fall through the cracks.

His specific knowledge of downtown Los Angeles is very helpful. As real estate is always changing, the client is ultimately responsible for doing research and for staying on top of the market climate. But Randelle can often provide inside information one may only know from being an agent or from being in the DTLA real estate business for so long.
