  • Molly Sims is living her best life—and she's got the bikini pics to prove it.

  • In a new IG photo dump, the 48-year-old model rocked the cutest turquoise bikini. But naturally, I couldn't help but focus on her ultra-ripped abs!

  • Molly, who is into everything fitness, swears by the Tracy Anderson Method. She also mixes things up with Pilates, yoga, and circuit training.

Molly Sims is giving off the most epic spring break vibes by way of a jaw-dropping bikini photo dump.

The 48-year-old model shared three snaps of herself from a recent trip to Cabo and they're priceless. “Instagram: Cabo 🥂💙 Reality: back-to-back sports games 😰,” she captioned the pics.

In the photos, Molly is modeling a turquoise bikini for all it’s worth. There’s Molly posing in a hanging basket chair in the bikini, accessorized with sunglasses, flat abs, and toned legs for days. Next, Molly shows off her tight booty as she lounges on a recliner, followed by Molly (and abs) hanging out on the patio of what’s clearly an oceanfront room.

People—including some famous friends—were all over it. “Hottie!!! 👏🔥,” said Chrishell Stause. “Have mercy 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,” someone else wrote.

Molly is big on working out (yep, it shows), and she told The Newsette that she gets up early to make sure she can squeeze in some exercise first thing. Molly starts her workout at 6 a.m. (not a typo) and likes to train with someone from Tracy Anderson Method or Dance Body in her home gym. “I get about 20 minutes to train by myself before one of my kiddos interrupts and tries to join me,” she says.

But Molly also likes to mix things up. “I do Pilates, I do hot yoga, all to strengthen the core and get lean and long,” she told Hollywood Life. “I love Megan Roup's Sculpt Society, I love hot pilates with Shannon Nadj. I think my body does better when I do different things.”

Another thing Molly likes to do? Circuit training. She previously shared a video of herself on Instagram completely crushing a 20-minute routine. "On good days, workout. On bad days, workout harder,” she wrote in the caption. “Today’s circuit is what I do when I just have 20 minutes with @lauralizkeller to get it in and still break a sweat!”

During the workout—which Molly did with ankle and wrist weights, TYVM—the model-actress burned her way through jumping jacks, modified pushups, tricep dips, squat jumps, burpees, and more.

While she loves to work out, Molly recently shared that having kids changed the way she approaches fitness. “ I think my mindset now that I have kids is just different,” she told Hollywood Life. “I use my jeans. I don’t weigh myself. I know that I’m not good with a number on a scale, but I am good with a pair of jeans or a pair of pants or a dress, to know my body and where I am.”

Molly said that she’s “focused on being healthy for my family, as opposed to being skinny.” But, she added, “that doesn’t mean I don’t take care of myself. It doesn’t mean I don’t crush it when I’m at the gym.”
