Yep, Homer Simpson himself. In Season 11's Maris Returns, Frasier flirts with reopening his practice after over ten years away from the field as a radio presenter.

After a series of failed farcical attempts to help patients, a latecomer known as Brad finds himself in a similar situation to Frasier’s at the start of the show. Brad is a divorcee moving to Seattle to try and start a new life that is a non-starter. Frasier takes pity on Brad’s similar situation and helps a patient in person for the first time in years.

Dan Castellaneta is indeed an actor aside his role in The Simpsons, but a celebrity guest star cameoing right at the end of an episode is particularly surprising.
