In her decade and a half as a pro tennis player, Caroline Wozniacki became known for her impressive speed, with plenty of trophies to prove it. That skill seems to have translated off the court as well, seeing as how her Miami condo recently sold uncommonly quickly, after just one showing, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Wozniacki’s apartment, located in the Palazzo Del Sol building on Fisher Island, sold for $16.25 million to an unnamed buyer barely a month after she and her husband, former NBA player David Lee, listed the property in early January for $17.5 million. The couple, who married in November 2017 and announced this week that they’re expecting their first child together, bought the apartment in 2018 for $13.5 million. They reportedly purchased the home fully furnished, and have overseen some renovations to the space since then, including knocking down a wall to bring more natural light into the apartment.

The 8,400-square-foot condo, accessible via private elevator, holds five bedrooms, including a main suite featuring a massive walk-in closet with built-in display cases, a glitzy chandelier, and a dressing table. The space also includes a billiards room and an open-plan great room comprising multiple living and dining areas. Most of the apartment’s rooms open onto its 2,500 square feet of covered terrace space, which offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami Beach Marina.

Though Wozniacki, a Denmark native, and Lee, who hails from Missouri, still seem to be on the hunt for a new home for their growing family, their listing agents told WSJ it’ll likely be elsewhere on Fisher Island, long known as America’s richest zip code. The couple are reportedly looking to downsize from the sprawling apartment, with plans to move into a smaller home on the island.
