Tell us all the symptoms (such as if you see a blue screen, when it happens etc) and we can diagnose and help you. You can download a Windows Live ISO (aka WinPE ISO) such as Sergei Strelec's WinPE: WinPE 10-8 Sergei Strelec English » Sergei Strelec
You can either burn a DVD with Nero Burning ROM or ISOBurn or other suitable utility, or you can create a bootable USB flash drive with Rufus: Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
Boot your computer with this DVD or USB and you should see a list to select Windows 11 or 10 environment. Load one and then click on the start button at bottom left to open the start menu where you can find many diagnostic and repair tools. If I remember correctly, at the first screen where you select Windows 11 or 10 environment, there is also the option to run MemTest (or similar) to check your RAM. Do that first. If it passes at least one cycle of tests, at least your RAM is OK and you can focus elsewhere. If you see a lot of red lines indicating an error in some point of the test you must replace the RAM modules. If you have kept the receipt check with the store, they might still be covered by Warranty. If your RAM is OK, choose either Windows 11 or 10 environment and then find the Hard Disk Sentinel under the Diagnostics section. Launch it to see if your disk health is less than 100%. Even if it is 100%, you can then do a short or long surface test. Needless to say that if health is less than 98% or the short test fails, you must replace your disk.

Tell us your symptoms to help you further.
