“Strongest Kid in the World”: Just at 11, Eddie Hall’s Son Is Already Turning Heads in Bodybuilding World

The 2017 World’s Strongest Man title winner Eddie Hall is making big changes to his training regimen. After conquering Strongman and trying his hand at boxing, Hall has set his sites on becoming a bodybuilder. As Hall prepares for his bodybuilding debut, he is bringing his son, Maximus Hall, along for the journey. Over the last few months, Eddie Hall’s 11-year-old son has frequently appeared in his videos and posts. He also joins his father in the gym, working out alongside him.
In his latest Instagram post, Eddie and Max Hall did bicep curls together. While ‘The Beast’ seemed impressive, Maximus Hall astonished bodybuilding fans with his strength.
Making light work of some heavyweights

On March 20, Eddie Hall shared a post on Instagram after spending quality father-son time at the gym. He posted a photo, followed by a video on Instagram. In the photo, the former World’s Strongest Man poses with Max. The father-son duo flexed their biceps while posing for the camera. “Legs and biceps with the boy. Big Love. The Beast,” Hall wrote.
Recently many bodybuilders have appeared in The Beast’s videos. From IFBB Pro Jamie ‘The Giant’ Christian to four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, and others, the former boxer is learning from the best in the business. Maximus Hall has also appeared in most of these videos, doing the same workouts as his father. However, he used much lighter weights.

Hall and his son were doing bicep curls in a short video he uploaded to Instagram. The former Strongman made light work of 25 kg (55 lbs) dumbbells. However, bodybuilding fans were blown away by his 11-year-old son’s strength. In the video, the kid curled 7.5 kg (16.5 lbs) dumbbells with ease, keeping up with his father in terms of reps. Fans couldn’t help but appreciate his strength.
Bodybuilding fans had nothing but compliments
From straight-up compliments to God of War and Super Mario references, the fans were certainly impressed:
“Waiting for him to surpass my lifts.”
“Strongest kid in the world fr.”
“What a champ.”
Many people saw a potential Strongman in the kid:
“Reminder, kid is 11.”
“Father curling 25 like 7.5 and boy curling 7.5 like 25.”
“I’m scared this kid nearly lifts as much as me.”
