TICKET INFORMATION 

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture. 

Please make sure you have your ticket with you before you leave to travel to the Stadium. 

The Fan Centre phone lines will be open on Saturday 8 April from 9:30am-12:30pm to deal with any ticket queries ahead of kick-off. Please call 0151 556 1878 for assistance. 

Supporters collecting pre-arranged duplicate tickets should collect from the Ticket and Membership Services office which can be found in car park W2 at Old Trafford. Supporters are advised to take Photo ID with them to avoid any issues. 

HELP AND SUPPORT 

There will also be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the stadium to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION 

Turnstiles are open 2-hours prior to kick-off and are located in the south-east corner of the stadium. 

Bag searches will take place when entering the stadium, please be advised do not bring a bag larger than 20cn x 15cm x 5cm (8" x 6" x 2") with you to the match; this equates to a small handbag.  

There will be a Public Spaces Protection Order in place in the Borough of Trafford that prevents members of the public from consuming alcohol, on the roads and within other public spaces, in the vicinity of the Old Trafford football stadium. 

Old Trafford is a no smoking stadium; this includes the use of electronic cigarettes. 

Please be advised Old Trafford is a cashless stadium.   

There is a PSPO in place outside Old Trafford and limited places to eat and drink near the Stadium- please head into the Stadium when you arrive. Gates will open at 10:30 and refreshments and toilets facilities are available inside.  

Flags and banners are allowed in the away section; however, they are subject to limited space where these can be displayed safely. Flags larger than 2x2 meters may be declined entry for this reason. Any flags and banners permitted into the stadium need to have evidence of a fire safety certificate upon entry. All flags must not contain anything considered to be offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inflammatory, including politically motivated or nationalistic. Any flags or banners that are displayed in areas that block exits, stairwells or other areas that could have a safety risk will be removed or relocated.   

Accessible information 

Visiting supporters who need to enter the stadium via accessible entrances will use AE1 and AE2. Which can be found in the south-east corner of the Stadium.

Audio headsets can be collected from the steward who is located adjacent to block 132 and do not need to be booked in advance. For any visiting supporters not located in block 132 who also require the use of one of the headsets can use these as they are wireless and work all over the stadium. These would need to be requested in advance by emailing accessibility@manutd.co.uk so arrangements can be made ahead of the game.  

There are two changing places facilities, one behind the East Stand Wheelchair Platform in the concourse adjacent to the Southeast Quadrant and the other in Stretford End Tier 2 Wheelchair Platform.

From the North 

Leave the M60 at Junction 12 M602 (Salford/Manchester). At the end of the M602 (Junction 3) follow signs for Salford Quays & Trafford Park. At the roundabout turn right onto Trafford Road (A5063). At the bridge over the Manchester Ship Canal, keep in the right-hand lane, turn right and follow the road round to Trafford Wharf Road, then left at the traffic lights, passing the Premier Inn. Continue through the lights to reach the stadium.  

From the South 

Leave the M6 at Junction 19 and take the A556 in the direction of Manchester Airport. Continue onto the M56 to Manchester, passing the Airport, and follow the signs to the M60 (North & West). 

Leave the M60 at Junction 7 (A56 Chester Road) and follow the signs for Manchester United. (Sir Matt Busby Way is closed from Chester Road on Match Day). 

Parking 

Car parking is very limited in the streets near to the stadium. A resident's parking scheme is in operation on match days and those streets to which the scheme applies are clearly sign posted. There are a number of car parks near the stadium, which require payment of a parking fee. 

Supporters wishing to park at Old Trafford on Matchday can do so either online at https://tickets.manutd.com/en-GB/categories/car-parking or by calling 0161 676 7770. For supporters in the accessible seating areas, car parking can be booked online at tickets.manutd.com or by calling 0161 676 7770. If you have a blue badge and require blue badge parking, please let the advisor know and ensure you bring this with you to display in your vehicle on the day of the game. 

Rail 

Manchester City Centre is well served by rail services, with services running into stations such as Manchester Piccadilly, Oxford Road and Victoria. Fans can easily connect to onward trams from Victoria and Piccadilly stations. 

Please be advised to plan and check train times on the National Rail website before you travel via https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/  

The nearest rail station is Trafford Park, which is approximately a 25-minute walk to the stadium.  

Bus services: Frequent bus services run to Old Trafford from Manchester City Centre. 

The 53, 79, 250, 255, 256, 263 and x50 services all stop close to the stadium and take between 20 and 30 minutes from the City Centre.

Coach 

Policing teams will be present at Old Trafford to meet supporters arriving in the coach park. Merseyside Police politely request fans engage with these officers if you have any questions.

Away clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban. 

Anti-Social Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on club concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent football ban.
