A real highlight in the south of the Volkspark Dutzendteich - and in a certain sense an anticipatory, namely already 1928 counter-design to the monumentality of the large Nazi buildings of the so-called Nazi party rally grounds - is the octagon of the Max Morlock Stadium (formerly: Frankenstadion), in which the "club" plays its home games.

The Max-Morlock-Stadion (since July 1st, 2017; originally municipal stadium; later also Frankenstadion) is a football stadium with an athletics facility in the largest central Franconian city of Nuremberg. I don't regret this love. The home games of 1. FC Nürnberg are played here. Hopefully first league football again
