Bryopsis or hair algae?

I think this is just green hair algae, but no CuC is eating it (various snails and hermit crabs). Since no one wants to touch it, I pull it out once a month. Pictures are below, can someone help ID this nuisance algae?

Whatever it is, pull it out by hand and I’d cover the sprouting points (roots, holdfasts, whatever) with F Aiptasia or a DIY version of it.
