My mom has a Midas Blenny that isn't looking to good. About a week or 2 ago I came over and it looked fine. Now seems to have some type of flesh problem or stomach parasite? The fish acts fine swims and eats with no problems. It does look extremely skinny.
Fish in the tank have been on a mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, rods, and marine cuisine diet.

She doesn't have a QT tank

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!!

You are correct, it is extremely emaciated unfortunately. Are you sure it is eating, and not just spitting it back out? If it is eating, it may be too late, but I would get a 10 gallon hospital tank setup right away. You will want to treat to kill parasites as suspected. I would think API General Cure would be a good one to start with, though someone else may have another medicine to start with.

Wow. That's skinny.
Agree with Marshall; it's worth a shot to medicate in a hospital tank. But given the condition of this one, I question if it might be too far gone already.

Best of luck.

Yep he is still kicking and eating fine. This is actually my mom's fish. We are going through treatment now.
