Waminoa Strudelwurm
The photo was taken in Pulau Pef.
Leslie Harris,LACM-AHF Polychaete Collections Manager Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County:"I know it is most likely a species of Waminoa but I have never seen that particular color pattern before. The ones commonly photographed are either all brown, all brown with a white or darker brown spot near the marginal notch, or brown with a paler ring near the margin. This is the first time I've seen this combination of a submarginal ring, a spot, and a median line. Very interesting!"
