Deal Maker

Yet Another Reason To Love Caroline Wozniacki

Chocolate is involved.

She’s a great sport (see: girl-crush worthy friendship with Serena Williams), has a body to inspire you through your toughest Tabata workout and bounced back from a trying year stronger than ever. And just when we didn’t think Caroline Wozniacki couldn’t get any more #SELFMade, she's proved us wrong.

As of this week, Wozniacki is a spokesman for Godiva, the high-end chocolatier whose chocolate-covered strawberries, cake truffles and cocoa are the ultimate sweet indulgences. Just last year she told reporters, “I want a chocolate deal!” So we weren't surprised that her statement quickly led to some delicious results. After all, this is the woman who earned her first endorsement deal by phoning Adidas when she was just ten years old.

Making this even better: Wozniacki’s only wish is to get free, chocolate goodness out of the deal (Godiva has confirmed that’s she will). When you work as hard as she does, why not #SELFIndulge? “Chocolate has always been my thing,” she tells ESPN.com. We can’t wait for what is sure to be a gorgeous campaign—including, we hope, some tennis-themed chocolates in time for this year’s US Open. You go, Caro.
