The Scene:: Upon arrival, guests will go up the stairs to the first floor, where, to their right, they will come upon the main open area with a kitchen, lounge, and the auditorium. This space is open to the guests of any event, as well as the members of the coworking space. A large terrace is accessible, where it is possible to witness the arrival and departure of Cruise ships. Guests can enjoy the view over the river and watch beautiful sunsets.

Throughout the day, the space evolves along with the sunlight, providing beautiful scenarios for any event.

The design is contemporary and eco-friendly. It is minimalistic and welcoming. The entire space is surrounded by plants, and the right and left facades of the building are covered by green walls.
