Molly Sims is currently soaking up the sun while on vacay in Costa Palmas, Mexico and she is giving us some serious summer swimwear inspo.

In a new Instagram post, the 48-year-old model shared pics of herself wearing a dreamy light blue Melissa Odabash swimsuit and a white Cleo Harper shirt, which she accessorized with a monogrammed KAYU bag, gold hoop earrings, and YSL shades. Talk about sunny perfection! But naturally, I couldn’t help but notice how strong her endless legs look.

"Costa Palmas happy ☀️🌊," she captioned the pics.

Molly has always been dedicated to her fitness. A few days ago, she posted a video of herself doing a workout with trainer Megan Roup, founder of The Sculpt Society (a dance-cardio workout). In the video, Molly and Megan did dumbbell tricep kickbacks, curtsy lunges, heel taps, punches, and leg pulses.

And in January 2022, Molly shared a video of herself crushing a plank challenge by Blogilates founder Cassey Ho.

In 2019, Molly also shared with The Newsette that she gets in an early morning workout at 6 a.m. every morning. "I head downstairs, where I meet my trainer from Tracy Anderson Method or Dance Body in my home gym. I get about 20 minutes to train by myself before one of my kiddos interrupts and tries to join me."

But that's not all. Molly is so serious about health that she started her own fitness program in 2020. It's called Molly Sims's 30-Day Fitness Program and includes a detailed meal plan by nutritionist Erik Young and daily exercise programs with trainers Luke Milton, Lacey Stone (creator of the Comeback Camps), and Katia Pryce (creator of DanceBody).

As for her diet, Molly shared with Women's Health that she relies on intermittent fasting to feel her best, and makes sure to eat lots of protein and veggies. "A lot more vegetables," she says. "I'm still eating egg whites for protein, but not as much meat, though I have to be careful." She also shared that she also cut out meat for eight months in 2019 after she ended up getting mercury poisoning from eating so much fish.

For breakfast (which she eats at noon when she is intermittent fasting), Molly likes to make a smoothie of blueberries, almond milk, Vital Proteins protein, and greens with coffee and So Delicious Coconut Creamer. Or she'll whip up egg whites with spinach and tomatoes, plus a slice of gluten-free toast. For lunch, Molly will "do either a salmon salad with butter lettuce or mesclun greens and black olives plus, sweet potatoes for heartiness and roasted almonds for crunch. I love a hearty salad." And she makes her own dressing from an old favorite Barefoot Contessa recipe. "I do a mustard dressing with Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste," she says. "It's delicious."

She also avoids gluten and has mentioned that she tries "to cut out as much gluten as I can," she explains. "It's not that I'm celiac; I just feel better when I have less of it." And dinner is a bowl piled with cauliflower rice, broccoli, sweet potatoes, chicken, and a syrupy balsamic sauce. And she doesn't shy away from alcohol.

"I do drink alcohol," she says. "I also love a Paloma with grapefruit juice, soda, lime, and tequila."

We'll drink to that, Molly!
