• Molly Sims just dropped some fire Instagram photos from her family's spring break trip in Cabo.
  • In the pics, the model and actress was wearing a little string bikini, and her abs, legs, and, well, entire body were super toned.
  • Molly likes doing the Tracy Anderson Method or Dance Body for her early morning workouts.

'Tis the time for fabulous spring break trips, and Molly Sims’ family is not one to miss out. The model-actress just shared a ton of snaps from her family’s vacation in Cabo San Lucas, and it’ll make you want to book your ticket ASAP.

There’s Molly in a gorgeous teal string bikini posing in a doorway, showing off her toned abs and strong legs in the process. Swipe through the pics, and you’ll see the 49-year-old lounging by the pool with her legs stretched in front of her, followed by shots of her kids running around in the pool and a few more shots of Molly in that bikini for good measure. I mean, fair, she is super strong.

“Assuming spring break position 🌴👙 let’s GOOOO,” Molly wrote in the caption. Obviously, people loved the springy vibes, and they were all over it in the comments. “You look even more beautiful now than you did in the 90s. How is that possible???” one wrote, while another said, “Dang girl.”

Molly looks like she’s having the *best* time on vacation—she’s shared a ton more snaps of her travels in her Instagram Stories. So…how did she get so strong? For starters, she’s super active in her daily life.

Molly just shared photos and videos in her IG Stories of herself playing pickle ball with her kids, and she later pointed out that she was “ending the day with a walk on the beach.”

But being active in her day to day isn’t ~all~ Molly does for fitness. She shared with The Newsette that she loves working out at the gym, and she aims to get in her exercise before her three kids get up. So that means the sweat seshes usually start at 6 am. Workouts might include the Tracy Anderson Method or doing Dance Body. “I get about 20 minutes to train by myself before one of my kiddos interrupts and tries to join me,” Molly explained.

Molly also told Hollywood Life other workouts might include Pilates and hot yoga “all to strengthen the core and get lean and long,” she said. “I love Megan Roupe's Sculpt Society, I love hot Pilates with Shannon Nadj. I think my body does better when I do different things,” she added.

Want proof that Molly doesn’t mess around at the gym? Here’s a circuit training video she shared on Instagram, where she cycles through jumping jacks, tricep dips, squat jumps, and a ton of other moves like a total boss:

On the food front, Molly makes sure to eat her veggies—a recent IG Story shows a huge plate of roasted cauliflower, tomatoes, broccoli, and asparagus alongside the words, “lunch break.”

The mom and model told Women’s Health that lunch is usually a packed salad. "I'll do either a salmon salad with butter lettuce or mesclun greens and black olives plus sweet potatoes for heartiness and roasted almonds for crunch," she said. "I love a hearty salad." (For breakfast, by the way, she told Newsette she likes to have a green smoothie along with an asparagus and goat cheese frittata.)

Enjoy that vacation, Molly!
