How can I create a bar chart like this? I can’t add space between columns. Also, I tried to visualize the percentage and number included in each bar, but failed

The exact functionality you are looking for is not possible in QuickSight.
The closest you can get to having both a percentage and count displayed in a bar chart is to use a regular vertical bar chart (instead of a 100% stacked bar chart) and then add your percentage field to your visual and then add the count field to the visual’s tooltip.
If you did this with a 100% stacked bar chart, the count field in the tool tip would be displayed as a percentage.
